Make Your Booster Juice Smoothie Healthier!

How to make your Booster Juice healthier?

According to Rachel Caven, a nutritionist, Booster Juice smoothies can be made healthier.

These are some ways that she mentioned in her blog which would make your Booster Juice drink healthier:

"Ask for water instead of juice to cut down on sugar."
Too much sugar was my concern since the beginning. I love the whole idea of less sugar, but I think this would make my drink too watery. So, I am not a real big fan of this plus too much sugar once in a while won't kill, right?

"Get the frozen yogurt instead of the sorbet."
I actually have tried my smoothie with the frozen yogurt instead of the sorbet and I absolutely loved it. It made the smoothie lighter and healthier. Also, frozen yogurt has less sugar than sorbet so I was more than satisfied.

"Bring your own protein powder if you have an allergy or sensitivity to dairy or soy, they are very good at customizing your beverage."
This is good for people who have allergies to dairy, but I do not have any allergies  so I do not mind having Booster Juice's protein powder in my drink. Also, I do not think if any one would really want to spend money on buying their own protein powder and then paying for the drink separately. Personally, that's just too much and not realistic at all. How many people would actually bring their own protein powder?

What are some other ways of making my Booster Juice drinks healthy?
